Legislative Decree 231/2001

The legislative decree 8.6.2001 n. 231 introduced, for the first time in our legal system, the personal and direct responsibility of entities for administrative offences dependent on crime.

Therefore, Plastitalia S.p.A. with the resolution of the Board of Directors of 14.10.2022 approved the model of Organization, Management and Control (MOG) in order to minimize and prevent the commission of the crimes provided for by the aforementioned decree.    

In addition, in order to ensure effective implementation of the MOG, it has developed a specific training programme, aimed at all company and apical staff, and appointed a Supervisory Body with autonomous powers of initiative and control, in accordance with legal provisions.
